TORONTO – Cialin Dany knew he had been in big trouble as he saw a palm that is massive laying on a lawn beside the Abaco Lodge.
As hurricane Dorian whirled in the home, Dany, 32, took their wife that is canadian Liolli, and two of their kids and hunkered straight down in a space during the fishing resort where he worked. Then another tree slammed in to the building.
“The bolts begin popping, like popcorn, pop music, pop music, pop music, pop,” Dany said. “Then whoosh, the roof travelled down.”
